Housing Assistance

Curd Housing Project

In 2006, The Doxa Foundation established a fund to build a home for a retired war veteran and his wife in central Arkansas. This family had devoted their lives to serving others in foreign lands as they were stationed in various locations during and after the war. Every situation found them supporting congregations and constantly ministering to those in need in their local church setting. Now in their twilight years, home improvements over the years had not kept pace with their needs and a new structure was erected that would provide them safety, security, and peace of mind. The family took the initiative to have a stone plaque prominently encased in the outside wall of their home to recognize their gratitude. As with all Doxa works, we praise God for this ministry of comfort (2 Cor 1:3-7) and give all the glory to Him and His Son Jesus Christ.
